After building a lot of smaller models recently, I wanted to build something bigger again: without fiddling around with the drive and electronics in a tiny hull and without fear that it would get into distress at the slightest wave. Once again I found what I was looking for at Aeronaut: I was immediately taken with the “Tim” tugboat kit. The original is called Bertus Freede and is now a museum ship. My model bears the name Tyr and has the following functions: Position lights and towing lights, cabin lighting, a chimney that can be folded down and a steam generator.
